On-site Training for schools and Multi-Academy Trusts

We are currently in the process of updating our on-site training brochure but in the meantime we thought it might be useful to highlight our top five most requested on-site courses:

  1. Performance Management and Appraisal - this course is usually delivered for two hours on site for senior leaders and governors. Ensure your process is rigorous…don’t leave it until September to prepare your leaders!

  1. Health and Safety - courses include Managing Risk Assessment, Working at Heights, Manual Handling, First Aid. Fire warden is our most popular course:
  • Understand action to be taken on discovering a fire
  • Identify common causes of fire and how to minimise the risk
  • Understand Fire safety legislation and precautions
  • Identify the role of a fire warden in preventing and managing fire risks
