FusionHR – Expanding the team

We’re delighted to welcome Jo, Emily and Sophie-Ann to the team this month.

We’ve known Jo Whittleston for a while as she has worked in education for many years and helped us as an associate and so we are over the moon that she has chosen to come and join the team here at Fusion. Jo is mum to Ella who is 5 and describes herself as Friendly, Smiley and Organised. Jo will support the HR Advisory Team, actioning tickets, responding to queries and developing documentation. Jo’s focus is to support the HR Field Team to deliver an ongoing high level of service to clients. Jo will also be working on HR projects to help us continue to offer innovative solutions and a fresh approach to HR.

Sophie-Ann Goodhind is launching our HR Graduate programme. She has a degree in Psychology & Language Sciences and a Masters in Organisational Psychology. She likes music and has taught herself to play the guitar, so who knows there could be a Fusion song on the horizon! She describes herself as Warm, Fun and Analytical and loves baking, which is always a great asset at Fusion as we love cake! Sophie-Ann will be spending time on each section of the business starting with Marketing, HR Admin and then working through to the HR Field Team to eventually become a HR Advisor. Here at Fusion we are very committed to supporting education whether that is through supporting our clients or developing our staff internally.

Continuing this trend, we are also very excited to be welcoming another apprentice to our team. Emily Easton, will be following in Abbie’s successful footsteps and will become part of the SAM team. Emily has A-level qualifications in Law, Psychology and Business and likes spending time with friends. She describes herself as Chilled, Creative and Curious. Emily will be helping with SAM administration, set-ups, customer support and events. She is due to start Babington Business College, where she will start studying for her HR qualifications so that she will progress her career with us in the future.

We hope you will give all three a warm welcome to the team! It just further supports our commitment as a team to provide the best services we possibly can for our clients. While we wish you all a fantastic Summer break, the team will still be here over the Summer months if you need us and we will be working on some exciting new projects for September including a MAT Leadership programme for established MATs, people strategy for MATs, a new MAT section for our website, new HR software and updated document downloads. Watch this space for more exciting news!
