Siobhan Hammond CiPD, BA (Hons)
Head of Service Delivery - Field Advisory
Siobhan joined FusionHR in 2011 and has been working in the education sector for over 10 years, having previously worked in HR for the NHS and private business. Siobhan heads up the HR consultancy team and is therefore responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice to some of our biggest clients’ nationwide – large primary schools, secondary schools, consortiums and MATs. She's mum to Cormac and has a small obsession with Matt Goss!

Head of Service Delivery - SAM
Katie joined FusionHR in 2011 and has been working in the education sector for over 10 years. Katie brings all her HR experience and calm head, as a mum of two, into her role as Head of Service Delivery - SAM. As well as being part of the field team providing HR advice, she also heads up the SAM team, managing software development, events, training, client servicing and communications. She loves a good spreadsheet and is definitely the organiser in the office!

Lucy is responsible for our HR Employment and Contracts Service, document development, client communication, training programme and occupational health and wellbeing support. She loves to help schools strategically approach restructures, leadership reviews and improvements. She's mum to Emmanuel and has been working in HR for education for over 13 years.

Prior to joining FusionHR, Alexandra worked for companies such as Unisys EMEA, GHD Hair, Bupa and the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Alexandra has a degree in International Communication Management and Human Resource Management. She holds further professional certificates in Personnel Practice and Psychometric Assessment. She enjoys visits to Galleries and Museums, strolls through the Yorkshire Sculpture Park with her young family and looney dog and covering the kitchen in flour and icing sugar whilst baking with her daughter.

Jacqui joined Fusion in August 2014 as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. With her event management and business operations background she keeps Kathy’s diary well organised and also keeps Kathy sane! She also supports the business administration function as well as business development, preparing quotes for new enquiries and contract renewals for both FusionHR and SAM. She is also an extension of the SAM team for set-up and technical support when required.
