Fusion have supported our academy several times with occupational health issues. The most recent was a management referral for an employee who is struggling with a health issue. Fusion sent out a very clear referral form that asked exactly what we wanted to know about the employee’s illness and fitness for work. The resulting report included very detailed information about the illness and suggestions for adjustments in work patterns to accommodate a speedy recovery for the employee with minimum disruption to our organisation. The outcome for us has been that our employee is back at work for a partial timetable and adjusted duties – which is very helpful.

Fusion have been providing HR Business Partner and HR Admin support to BDAT since the Trust was formed in 2012. A rigorous tender process was undertaken in early 2016 and FusionHR was awarded the Trust-wide contract to provide support to the central team and all academies.
